In this version, I created a new layer with the lady only. Applied Filter -> Brushstrokes -> Crosshatch to the background. I then applied an Outer Glow Layer Effect to the layer with the lady.

| I applied Filter -> Distort -> Sperize @ -100%. Then I applied Filter -> Distort -> Twirl @ -81º. |

I created new layer with the lady only. On that layer I applied Filter -> Texture -> Craquelure. On the background I went to Image -> Adjust -> Color Balance. I then moved the sliders to 100% red, magenta, & yellow. Finally I applied Filter -> Brushstrokes -> Sumi-e to the background.

I put lady on seperate layer. I applied Filter -> Texture -> Stained Glass to the background, while I applied Filter -> Artistic -> Plastic Wrap to the lady.

On the background layer I applied Filter -> Render -> Clouds, then Filter -> Distort -> Frosted Glass, then Filter -> Distort -> Ocean Ripple. I then scaled the layer with the lady, I duplicated her 3 times and flipped her vertical and horizontal.
